[Road Scan Series] The LED of the product is white and a beeping sound occurs.

Please send defective units by following the repair service guidelines on the website.

[Road Scan Series] The LED of the road scan guard product does not light.

1)Please check if the cigar power is connected properly.



2) Please remove the SD card, turn on the power or format the SD card and then turn it ON again.





3) If the LED does not light up even though you followed 1 and 2, please contact the customer support center or send defective units by following the repair service guidelines on the website.

[Road Scan Series] RoadScan Guard SD card LED does not turn ON.

1) Please check if the SD card is inserted.





2) Make sure that the SD card is locked (the SD card left home button is down).





3) Format the SD card and then insert it again.



* The SD card is a consumable item that must be replaced after using it for a certain period. If the SD card LED does not light after checking 1, 2, and 3, please replace the SD card.





Please use the customer support center for inquiries on SD card replacement.

[Road Scan Series] Road Scan Guard video recording time is different from actual time.

1) Road Scan Guard may cause time offset of about 30 minutes per year.





2) Check the box of "whether set the time or not" at the device setting of the viewer program and then set the time by reinserting the SD card into the product.





If you insert the SD card into the product and turn it ON, it is automatically modified at the main body.





3) Please set the time periodically.

[Road Scan Series] Road Scan Guard accident video files cannot be found

1) The event file can be stored in the internal memory even if the SD card does not operate due to an error in the SD card.





2) If there is no file in the SD card, please check if the SD card LED flashes when the SD card is inserted into the product.





3) If the LED does not blink, please format the SD card or insert another SD card into the product to see if the SD card works normally.





4) Confirm if the SD card works well, and then press and hold the CCTV button on the side to download saved files.





* The SD card LED flickers rapidly while the internal memory data are copied to the SD card.

[Road Scan Series] The Road Scan Guard videos look blurry.

1) Please check whether the lens of the product is contaminated and wipe it with a soft towel.





2) Please make sure whether it is not set to normal image quality in the device setting of viewer program.

[Road Scan Series] The Road Scan Pro product LED does not turn ON.

1) Please check if the cigar power is connected properly.


2) Please remove the SD card from the product, turn on the power, or format the SD card and then confirm it by turning it ON again.




3) If the LED does not turn ON after confirming 1 and 2, please contact the customer support center or send defective units by following the repair service guidelines.

[Road Scan Series] The Road Scan Pro SD card LED does not turn ON.

1) Please check if the SD card is inserted in the product.


2) Make sure that the SD card is locked (the state of SD card left home button is down).


3) Format the SD card and then insert it again.

[Road Scan Series] The Road Scan Pro GPS LED is blinking.

1) Due to signal blocking caused by the underground parking lot, tunnel, tall building, valley or large tree, the GPS may lose its signal in a specific case.




2) If the GPS LED blinks constantly even though it is not the case of 1, please contact the customer support center or send defective units by following the repair service guide on the website

[Road Scan Series] Road Scan Pro buzzer sound occurs once an hour.

1) Format the SD card and then insert it again.


2) If the same symptom occurs after formatting, replace the SD card.






* The SD card is consumable item that must be replaced after using it for a certain period.

[Road Scan Series] Road Scan Pro videos look blurry.

1) Please check whether the lens of the product is contaminated and wipe it with a soft towel.

5) After downloading, please check the event videos through the viewer program.

[Road Scan Series] Road Scan FX does not turn ON.

Please check if the cigar power is connected properly.

[Road Scan Series] Road Scan FX SD card recognition mark does not appear.

1) Please check if the SD card is inserted in the product.




2) Make sure that the SD card is locked (the state of SD card left home button is down).

Please use the customer support center for SD card replacement.

[Road Scan Series] In the Road Scan FX product, the videos are viewable, but they are not viewable on the PC.

1) FX is a dual memory structure, the general video is stored on the SD card, and the event video is stored in the product's internal memory.


2) The event video is not copied due to an error in the SD card, so the video viewable on the product may not be viewable on the PC.






3) In the case of SD card error, SD card recognition image cannot be seen in the upper left corner of the product.




4) After inserting a working SD card, please press the 05. Download Button on the menu and copy the event video data to the SD card when the power of 12V or more is supplied to the product.

The completion message will appear on the window after downloading.


5) If you insert the SD card into your PC and view it through the viewer program, you can see the images on a clearer full screen.

[Road Scope Series] The Road Tacho Series keypad does not work.

1) The keypad does not work while on the road for safety.

Keypad operation can be activated when the engine is OFF.



* Operate it in the ACC state before starting engine.
