[Road Scan Series] The product does not have power.

1) Please check if the cigar power is connected properly.





2) If there is anything wrong with the cigar power cable, please contact the customer support center.

[Road Scan Series] Road box does not have sound.

1) Please check if the power is connected properly.





2) Make sure that the volume is not '0' in the device setting of the viewer program.

[Road Scan Series] The road box product may have an overheating issue.

A. If you use it for a long time in hot summer or under direct sunlight, heat can be generated. It may cause some heat in the internal circuit and voice control part, but it is not a malfunction.



* If you leave it under direct sunlight for a long time, there is a risk of damage to the product. So please keep it in a shaded place.

[Road Scan Series] The road box PC does not recognize the product.

1) Please make sure that you have installed the road box exclusive driver.





2) To confirm the normal installation of driver, click Start button at the bottom of the PC -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge  device manager in the list at Universal Serial Bus Controller  -> Check CP210x USB to UART Bridge Controller in the list of Port.





3) If the driver is not installed, download and install the driver from the download center of the website.





* The road box program works on a PC with Windows 2000 or XP installed.





It does not run on Windows 7.

[Road Scan Series] The product has no power

1)Please check if the cigar power is connected properly.

2) If there is anything wrong with the cigar power cable, please contact the customer support center.

[Road Scan Series] Video data cannot be downloaded in USB disk.

1) Make sure you have pressed the DN button for a few seconds. When you start downloading, the LED will turn blue with the beeping sound.






2) Please make sure that you have waited for the download to be finished. When the download is finished, the LED turns blue along with a beep sound.






3) Road Scan only supports USB removable disks formatted with FAT16 or FAT32.


Please format the removable disk with FAT16 or FAT32.

[Road Scan Series] PC does not recognize the product.

2) For checking the normal installation of the driver, click Start button at the bottom of the PC -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Check the KETI USB Controller in the list at universal serial bus controller.







3) If the driver is not installed correctly, please check the instructions at the download center and install it.

[Road Scan Series] Recorded videos look blurry.

1) Please check whether the lens of the product is contaminated, and wipe it with a soft towel.





2) Please make sure whether it is not set to normal image quality in the settings of viewer program.

[Road Scan Series] Videos cannot be recorded

Please check if the number of triggering condition is high. Only more significant impacts can be stored when the number is set higher.

 

[Road Scan Series] The LED of the product is white and a beeping sound occurs.

Please send defective units by following the repair service guidelines on the website.

[Road Scan Series] The LED of the road scan guard product does not light.

1)Please check if the cigar power is connected properly.



2) Please remove the SD card, turn on the power or format the SD card and then turn it ON again.





3) If the LED does not light up even though you followed 1 and 2, please contact the customer support center or send defective units by following the repair service guidelines on the website.

[Road Scan Series] RoadScan Guard SD card LED does not turn ON.

1) Please check if the SD card is inserted.





2) Make sure that the SD card is locked (the SD card left home button is down).





3) Format the SD card and then insert it again.



* The SD card is a consumable item that must be replaced after using it for a certain period. If the SD card LED does not light after checking 1, 2, and 3, please replace the SD card.





Please use the customer support center for inquiries on SD card replacement.

[Road Scan Series] Road Scan Guard video recording time is different from actual time.

1) Road Scan Guard may cause time offset of about 30 minutes per year.





2) Check the box of "whether set the time or not" at the device setting of the viewer program and then set the time by reinserting the SD card into the product.





If you insert the SD card into the product and turn it ON, it is automatically modified at the main body.





3) Please set the time periodically.

[Road Scan Series] Road Scan Guard accident video files cannot be found

1) The event file can be stored in the internal memory even if the SD card does not operate due to an error in the SD card.





2) If there is no file in the SD card, please check if the SD card LED flashes when the SD card is inserted into the product.





3) If the LED does not blink, please format the SD card or insert another SD card into the product to see if the SD card works normally.





4) Confirm if the SD card works well, and then press and hold the CCTV button on the side to download saved files.





* The SD card LED flickers rapidly while the internal memory data are copied to the SD card.

[Road Scan Series] The Road Scan Guard videos look blurry.

[Road Scan Series] The Road Scan Pro product LED does not turn ON.

1) Please check if the cigar power is connected properly.


2) Please remove the SD card from the product, turn on the power, or format the SD card and then confirm it by turning it ON again.




3) If the LED does not turn ON after confirming 1 and 2, please contact the customer support center or send defective units by following the repair service guidelines.
